The Reception areas and the General areas at deck 8 need better decoration. Norwegian Star though equally old and small does look better.

Don't do any excursions through the boat. We booked on our own, had incredible excursions for half the price and only with our traveling group (not one of hundreds!). Save you time, money and you get to see so much more!

Do not go to the Steakhouse. They seemed to serve Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (I told this to the manager and he did not deny it). I could make better food at my house. Not worth the money.

if any person want to have fun and happy time and eat good food and see good shows and live close with people that work inside in the cruse given the best of them to feel the spirit to the people and make them happy , is Norwegian Spirit

Used excursion to Aix au Provence for transportation only, spent 3 hours travel with only 2 hours in town, 30 minutes wasted at rest stop on way there. Time would have been better used in the town enjoying a nice lunch and the facilities at a café.

Check out Jefferson's musical performances, the lounge with karaoke and great viewing from deck 12, and the spa offerings. The art auction is also interesting, but the artwork offered is probably a bit "weird" for most tastes. Internet is EXPENSIVE, so keep that in mind if you have work to do.

Reservations are not really needed for Windows or the Garden restaurants. If you are really in the mood for burger and fries, try the Blue Lagoon on Deck 7.
