The Blue Lagoon is a great little place to stop in for fish and chips, appetizers, burgers or sandwiches.  It is complimentary and was a nice place for lunch.

Don't use the casino; the gambling hardly ever give you anything back. The wheel in the black jack is weird, only stops in $11. If you are impatient with eating, use the buffet. The quality of food in it has improved considerably.

The ship is relatively small and easy to maneuver. Take a walk-about on the first afternoon to get familiar. Galaxy of the Stars is a great place to grab a drink, watch the sea or coming in/out of port.

Go to the specialty restaurants they are the absolute best (if you can get the unlimited beverage and food package just do it). Cagney's was our favorite followed by the Teppanyaki and La Trattoria. But book early on or even before the cruise so that you can have multiple occasions to these.

Use the stairs when possible to go for food or entertainment. Most venues are close on this medium size ship

Corner rooms are spacious. 9th floor is good, not too much noise. Also, get unlimited wifi as soon as you get to the ship. It will save you time and money, another reason to relax.

Book a balcony cabin and order complimentary continental breakfast room service, just in time to watch the sun rise over the ocean, it was lovely.
