Ship appeared older and although it just went through a renovation, some of the carpeting/furniture looked worn and dirty.

Very clean, staff friendly

I HAVE TAKEN ABOUT 13 CRUISES AND WOULD RATE THIS ONE AT THE BOTTOM...VERY DISAPPOINTED..

Excellent service, great food

The ship's crew were awesome. The ship is layed out so you do not have to walk thru the casino all the time like some are. No waiting for the super meals. The shows were very entertaining and family oriented. The comedian was so funny and the dancers and singers were awesome. The inside cabin was roomy and had lots of storage areas. The Freestyle makes it more relaxing.

We hada a wonderful time on our cruise. We felt very pampered, everyone was excepltional in their duties. We had a stewardess named Julie who was exceptionally kind and our cabin was always clean and welcoming. Loved the towel animals too. We felt that our belongings were safe being left in the cabin. I give my highest recommendations to the cruise lines and would not hesitate to go again.

The ship is beginning to show its age. The crew was efficient, but not too enthusiastic. We had a good time and got out of the cruise exactly what we hoped: Warm weather and a relaxing break.

This was my daughters and myself's first cruise ever...and let me tell you we had a blast!!!!!!! The ship was beauitful. Our ocean view room was nice and not as small as I thought it would be.Our cabin stewart Denry was really nice and made us feel like family, he always asked us about our day, he would also make us a new towel animal every night. The crew was very helpful and friendly. The food was delishious and plentyful. The excursions were interesting, fun and very well run. I am looking forward to my next NCL cruise...

My wife and I have twenty cruises behind us and we really enjoyed this one out of New Orleans. Our room was kept clean at all times, the room steward was great. The waiters in all dining venues really did a super job at serving us. The food was from very good although I choose something that didn't taste good to me but I expect this. I would not hesitate to recommend this ship to anyone who enjoys a rather relaxed atmosphere.

The ship Is old and require maintenance, no refrigirator inside the room, balcony door was broken and was fixed in two days, ship was delayed at New Orleans for 90 minutes, ship hh as engine problem at Belize and affected the time to be spend in Costa Maya

Room stayed clean and attendant did great job keeping it tidy. Balcony room was beautiful. Crew was very kind and beyond my expectations. I only have one complaint. Don't eat at Asian fusion restaurant called Sho gun it's the worst food I've ever eaten. Seemed to be unanimous. Le bistro made up for it along with Windows. ;)- happy cruising!

Moderate size ship with great staff

this was our first cruise and it was all brand new. We were very impressed with the clean, elegant ship. There was a policy that the guests could not serve themselves which annoyed some people but we appreciated the efforts to keep us all healthy. the staff dished up the food on the buffet and it was a little hectic but all in all it was impressive and enjoyable.

The ship was the oldest in the fleet but it was remodeled nicely. Easy to get around. Decor was beautiful.

inexperienced waitress/waiters-sophomoric entertainment. I have seen better high school dancers!! Dimitry and Maria should have been showcased on Christmas eve. The "elements" were a disaster!!

Not well run, captain not well spoken. FIVE days of poor conditions due to food poisoning or ?

This was our fouth and our family's first and we all were so very disappointed in how they handled the entire cruise. Unforeseen gratuity charges, lack of room for meals due to shutting areas off due to flu on board, fun for all the first day and lacking from then on.

If it had been refurbished 6 months ago as advertised then they missed a lot of palces including our bathroom and balcony. The were numerous rusted areas on our balcony and mold in our bathroom. Repairs were still being made during the cruise which included drilling and pounding on Our Cabin wall from 2300 to 0115 hrs. Also they would start their repairs every morning outside our stateroom at 0600 hrs. Sometimes it was very hard to get any sleep. The Ports of Call were nothing more than "strip malls" filled with goods made on assembly lines in China. One port actually had some things made in their own country to sell, but you had to go outside the dock area to find them.

Good, the ship appears to be a little older but in good shape. The operations ran smooth.
