Christmas Cruise Celebration!!!

Sail Date: December 25, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship was the oldest in the fleet but it was remodeled nicely. Easy to get around. Decor was beautiful.

Pros: The crew was so nice & attentive - comfortable, pleasant week

Cons: Didn't get a requested upgrade while folks who booked after did

Recommends Norwegian Spirit? Yes!

Cabin / Stateroom
Picture window room on deck 5 - had plenty of room for 2...once we pulled the bunk down & used it to store our luggage!
Service and Staff
Had heard that Norwegian crews were hard to communicate with but we didn't find that at all...All spoke English extremely well...all were so nice & helpful...always smiling!
Some great shows...but the Bingo was far too expensive!!!
Children's Programs
Our teens LOVED the teen club...thought it was going to be "stupid" but they ended up there every single night!!
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Freestyle dining was great...Shogun was the best dining experience!
