Service and Staff

There appeared to be serious shortage of bar staff. First time at top pool bar there were queues of 10/12 people with very little waiter service. On visit to bar above atrium, one barman 8/10 people waiting including 1 waitress. During dinner at the Garden Room, I requested additional wine for 4 persons. 25 minutes later and no wine. I left table and went to bar to collect wine. On return I complained to the Maitre`D of my concerns. On several visits to Windows Restaurant these excessive delays were also apparent. Our room steward Israel, was a gem and was an example of the service that we had come to expect and experience with NCL. I would add that I have no recollection of notification of there being no duty free liquor being available on board as normal.
