I have sent a 10 page review to the Norwegian company HQ and they didn't even have the face to answer back! I am seriously considering legal action, spending 5000 USD was a really REALLY BAD DEAL!

evident signs of food recycled for the next day! a choice of 3 pastas and sauces all cruise long! cagney steak house really sucks, thought the Japanese is very good but with no menu variance!

we had a 2 year old, most of the time the child room was closed and they only did 30 minutes of story telling a day. no kids channel on TV and the USB does not even support film viewing!

they proposed half the shows with only singers, and one singer even had the face to perform twice the same song, while the other acts seem like armatures. no comparison whatsoever to say MSC

water is free but you have to pay 9 USD to get it through room service. forget vacuuming, the same piece of wood found on the balcony on the first day was still there on the 10th! read below for cleanliness

3 inflated balloons found under the bed (even a blind man couldn't miss them), from the previous occupant. maintenance going on around the clock with ceilings dripping water, toilets not working, burning/welding ad painting as if the ship was being refurbished while cruising! they also left a lifeboat behind in Livorno because it go stuck! so forget safety drills for the crew!
Cabin / Stateroom

comfort lol no mattress for the baby cot we had to improvise with quilts! no hot water for 2 days the sofa was wearied out (so much for being refurbished in 2017). never vacuumed
Ship tip
they should really send someone to spy on other cruise companies to see how the thing should really be run, I strongly suggest they see one of the MSC ships which are impeccable to say the least!
A word about written complaints.. Never write more than 2 pages! I'm betting no one read past that second page. Sorry your cruise didn't live up to expectation. Without actual examples of the problems it's hard to tell if you got screwed.
Based on your pictures your upset they were doing maintenance. The sea is very corrosive. Ships must paint and relacquer railings continually. All ships have painting going on, even new ships. I'm on a new ship right now and there was a handrail they had just relacquered.
