Review summary

incredible itinerary , very pleasant and efficient staff , very presentable ship. Disappointing Buffet restaurant and limited choice of other casual dining venues for example when returning from shore excursions

Embarkation very well handled by the Cruise line but I believe Civitivecchia is one of the worst cruise departure ports. It is almost impossible to depart from here without overnighting in rome

cleanliness was good but public restrooms were not as good as other ships. Terrible design to have to move between floors so much to get from aft to forward. We also loved the outside lounge on deck 12 but to access this had to go through Raffles
