.We were celebrating my daughters high school graduation and had the best time on the Norwegian Sky. This was our second cruise and while the bar was set rather low after cruising on Carnival, I have to say that,we now like cruising and cant wait for our next adventure on a Norwegian Cruise. The staff, food, activities, were great.

The cruise was nice, but it just wasn't an "over the moon" experience. The ship was clean, the staff was friendly, there was a vast variety of food options...but, the food was just so - so...not bad, but not great. The shows were pretty good, but the comedy show was a little "suggestive"...certainly not appropriate for children.

This was only my second time on Norweigian, the first being many years ago out to Boston to Bermuda. I kept preparing my husband that this experience would not be like our other cruises together on large ships and other lines (my husband had never been on Norweigian). My impressions of the service, food, ship and entertainment were are much better than I had expected. For the price, this was a great deal.

The level of service in the bars was lower than usual. The room was much smaller than usual for a balcony cabin. Really tiny. The food choices on the buffets ware really limited. All in all, not great.

I enjoyed every bit of this cruise. Crew staff were wonderful and they treated me like a queen. This was my first cruise and I think I will be doing this again soon.

The ship was clean, the room was clean. Loved the balcony. Staff was very evident and friendly. We paid the up charge for the three (Cagney's Steakhouse, Italian, and French. The Steak House was superlative but the Italian and French were not as good. They weren't bad but could not compare to Cagney's Steakhouse. But I do believe they were a cut above the standard restaurants. I do love the free style cruising. It's exceptionally nice to be able to dine only with your party. I think music makes a cruise and there was always music on the ship.

We really enjoyed ourselves, Many nice people and attendents were very personable. Everything was wonderful, we would have loved having dinner with the Captain I guess he is very busy. At least you had resturants to go to.

Great trip, clean ship great last minute price!fun for groups, families! Stirrup cay was beautiful!! Food the normal, but Cagney's always great! Try the 169.00 drinking package good deal!!!!

Everything was fine. On and off process much better than other cruises. Only negative was the very long dinner process in the main dining rooms. Also I miss the more gourmet items in the main dining rooms.

I recently went on a 3 day Bahamas cruise on the Norwegian Sky and have a mixed review. The good parts about the cruise were the food, the staff and the overall upkeep of the public areas. The entertainment was good and the bars and lounges kept the good times going. Where the cruise fell down was in the cabin and the housekeeping service. The cabins were run down and spots of rust in many places. The room was not well maintained and in fact only got our cabin cleaned once. No towels ever made it into the room even after asking for them twice. I'm sure I would cruise with NCL again, but I would look to sail on one of the newer and bigger ships in the fleet.

Had a great experiance from begining to end. Definately would recommend. The food was great and the service staff went out of there was to make sure that we were happy.

Our family decided on this cruise to celebrate two birthdays - a 70th and a 50th. Our representative, Katia Speller, was such a professional from beginning to end. The cruise itself was delightful, the ship was clean, the food was delicious and we could not have asked for better weather. This was our second cruise on Norwegian and like their free style dining.

I really enjoyed myself on this trip. My family did also. The Bahamas was so beautiful and relaxing, I did Not want to leave the beaches. The check-in process was simple and quick and we boarded right away. As soon as we stepped on the ship, we were greeted with a cheerful smile and music blasting in the background! I knew right then I would enjoy myself. After we explored the ship a little, we headed for some lunch. There were different variety of items for you to choose from and every time I ate at the buffet I was full and satisfied. After we ate lunch, we went to our staterooms. The rooms were nice and cool, but the bathroom was very small, which took getting use to. Around dinner time we went to one of the restaurants and enjoyed a nice dinner in an elegant atmosphere. The steak, pork chop, spring rolls, and cheesecake were very delicious!

We have cruised the last 3 years on 3 different cruise lines, Royal, Carnival, and Norwegian. We heard and read that NCL was one of the best cruise lines and we were very disappointed on our cruise with them this year. The ship was about the same size as the last 2 we were on but the lay out wasn't very good. Small atrium, small buffet area with kinda poor seating and one of the rooms they used for shows was very cluttery and the seating was terrible. The food was average, and there was a decent amount of things to do but overall fun entertainment like comedians and fun shows really lacked compared to the other cruise lines. I guess im mostly dissapointed because I really expected alot more out of NCL from what I was told and what I experienced on other cruise lines. I would have a hard time booking again anytime soon with NCL, im sure their bigger ships are nicer but im not willing to book and findout.

The entertainment was good and the people were very nice. The food however was just ok except for the one night we paid extra for the fine dinning. Most of the dinners appeared to have been precooked and then warmed up which made them overcooked. I have only been on one other cruise and the food was much better.

This was my first time traveling on this cruise line and my very first time getting sick.... This was the worst. I immediately got sick after visiting one of the buffets (Garden Cafe') onboard and the remainder of my trip was sick....

I had a great time with my family. I enjoyed the music the most. I disliked that i had to request a privacy tag for my room 4times all i got was someone was notifed. I also didnt like that my outlets didnt work and my tv didnt work due to this plus the shower was very weak rook forever to rinse hair out. I didnt like that that we had to pay for food on our excursion. The lines to help desk was waay to long. I didnt like that u charged me gratuity..Never had that on other cruises.

This was the first cruise for my family. The overall cruise experience was great. We met people from all over the world and loved the ports of call. However, the Norwegian Sky did not live up to our expectations. The food on the buffet was less than average. Why? The selection was limited and desserts were stale. Also, the pool with shallow water for use by children was not available from the second day onward. We did not receive an explanation telling us why. Also, the service was average. I sat at a table in the sports bar on more than one occasion for a long period of time without receiving service. In addition, we ordered room service one night and it took four trips to our room to get the order right. Finally, we received correspondence regarding a delinquent account that belonged to someone else.

I loved this cruise and my husband and I enjoyed every moment from the first day to the last. There was so much to do on the ship that there was never a dull moment. The only fault I see was that none of the music played on board in any of the lounges were geared towards a romantic night. Most of the music were dance and spanish music, the music needs to be more versatile. The second issue was that the rooms did not come with sample toothpaste or lotion which would have been great seeing that we forgot our lotion and tootpaste and had to spend a ridiculous amount for those basic necessities. If they could improve in those areas, this would been an excellent cruise.

Fantastic first cruise , room house keeper was wonderful ,food was good especially the free-style dining food was excellent, servers could have been better but over all it was a great experience, and will do it again , Balcony was awesome , don't think I could sail without one, but could be more affordable.
