Cruise was great! Would like to see improvement in food quality and cleaner bathrooms but would recommend. Please get volleyball net up as some of us look forward to that. Nastiest scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten in my life, so runny! 🤢

Very disappointed in this particular cruise, I’m not sure if it’s because it was so cheap that people were treated poorly or if it was new crew who had no idea what they were doing. I highly doubt we will cruise with you again. Nicole Mosher

I will not cruise norwegian sky ever again!!!! the food service in palace and in crossings were bad. they weren't pleasant. made us feel like we were bothering them. One particular night i ordered dessert and before my dessert came out the waiter placed our dessert silverware. My silverware had some red sauce on it which the waiter new about. she even said it had strawberry sauce from my dessert and still placed it next to me and didnt take it away and provide clean silverware for me. i refused to use the silverware or eat the dessert when that happened. I have food allergies and notified dinning services as soon as possible. they set it up for me to place my order the night before each day. yet it seemed that they couldnt remember my order and i had to continue to remind them of my allergies and of the dinner order i placed the night before for that evening. the overrall food experience was hoirrible and the food wasnt good either.

If you are curious about Cuba, do not hesitate to take this cruise. You will definitely learn a lot and there are lots of pre-1959 cars to admire. The colonial architecture is beautiful and the people are nice. Very safe.

Great experience! Breakfast buffet great selection. Dinner in dinning room was delicious. Frozen drinks were refreshing, even though it was October it was hot.

The food and location were the best part. We really enjoyed the free drinks which made the entire trip better but the room comfort was the worst since someone always got stuck sleeping on a couch.

This trip was on our bucket list, and it more than fulfilled our expectations. We felt like we had taken a step back into time. The Cubans were so friendly, the weather was fantastic, the food superb and the overall stay was over the top. We enjoyed our time on the ship as well. The music allowed us to dance the night away, the games "Not So Newlyweds" and "Dances with the Not So Famous" were a hoot! too bad we didn't participate! Before we even arrived home we were already talking about returning!

Too short prefer longer cruise next time. Would love to be able to bring on my own diet soda I cans and flavored water. Our steward was amazing and wish there was a way to transfer our on board credits to his account. Also our drink specialist Raul was so special. Always a smile. Loved him.

For the most part, I enjoyed the cruise. The bedbugs might have turned me off for doing another cruise unfortunately. The music, food, entertainment and staff were excellent!

This has been by far the BEST cruise I have been on! Smooth embarkation/disembarkation, great service, nice room, friendly staff. Along with with good entertainment, good food and great drinks.

We enjoy this ship overall. This trip was disappointing compared to previous. We have another cruise booked in December, to visit Havana. If the experience is similar to this, I will honestly start to look at other options. Previously, we have been very happy with our experience. We like the less formal atmosphere which suits our lifestyle. We have met great people and experienced a lot of good times. I hope this last experience is not a trend...

I took my son (29 years old) as a birthday gift. He was in awe of the entire experience. The GSC island was his favorite. He saw sea turtles, coral and a variety or beautiful fish which snorkeling. I will be back with the husband in the near future for sure

We had a lot of fun this weekend. This is the perfect getaway for couples, or friends, or family. We went a group of 11 and it was great. The best thing about this cruise is the free unlimited bar.

I have cruised on Norwegian four previous times. Great times on those cruises. I did not enjoy my cruise experience on this particular ship, SKY.

It was nice because of the fewer people on board. Older ship, and feel slightly cheated as were we unable to visit a beach because we spent our last day on board in the Bahamas, due to oil on the ship acquired in the port of Cuba

Norwegian should offer passengers compensation for the missed day in Stirrup Cay and so far they are only offering refund of the port fee. What a joke.

Going to Cuba was a great experience; I'm planning to go back. The Sky ship is too old and my stateroom was not worth the money. The bathroom flood on the 3rd day and after numerous calls someone did come and fix it; well into midnight. I had to sit awake waiting for someone to come.

I am going to give cruising a break unless I go on a Disney Cruise. I was very disappointed in this ship. However, I was happy that it took me to Cuba.

I know there are people who have cruised far more than we have, but based on my own experiences this is by far one of the best cruises we've ever been on. We will probably do a repeat next year!
