We enjoy this ship overall. This trip was disappointing compared to previous. We have another cruise booked in December, to visit Havana. If the experience is similar to this, I will honestly start to look at other options. Previously, we have been very happy with our experience. We like the less formal atmosphere which suits our lifestyle. We have met great people and experienced a lot of good times. I hope this last experience is not a trend...

The pre-boarding activities were a bit much, however it does a good job of getting people fired-up. As a frequent guest on this ship, I would hope that 4 cruises in 12 months would get me some sort of expedited embarkation.

Our 4th cruise on this ship, and the first time we ate in the dining room. Major disappointment! Buffet food is average, and I do not set the bar too high. I understand it is mass produced...

Good to have Manila Soul back on the ship. We enjoy the activities which we attend. 80s night at Dazzles was one of the better times we have had in all of our times. Could use more live music during the daytime hours. Pool stage is always available.

No children. The lack of childrens activities is why we like thes ship.
Service and Staff

Service was noticeably less attentive in all areas of the ship. Drink and table service were non-existent. At craps table on Saturday night, and waited 2 hours for drink service and finally got served after we had been complaining to the staff for hours. Dirty dishes left on tables for an hour until we finally moved them ourselves. Compared to our 3 previous sailings in the last 12 months, there seems to have been a change? Overall the biggest disappointment of the trip was the noticeable change in service level. It appeared that there was less staff, but maybe that was just a reflection of the poor service.

Always get a 9th floor balcony and enjoy it. Bid on an upgrade, but didn't get it. Will try again.
Ship tip
Save your energy, you will need it. Minimal Blue Hair and Children. Sort of a Middle Aged party boat with a mix of all ages to keep it lively.
