The food on the ship was spoiled and I got sick !! Terrible guests service and lack of respect

This cruise line needs to improve a whole lot. Crew needs to be train again, management needs to be train on how to treat staff with respect. The actual ship needs to fix their sewer line, it STANK BAD!!

The food and staff were amazing but I am very disappointed with the Cuba mandatory excursion and not being able to go to the Bahamas, seemed as though the cruise was trying to make more money

This was for me a once-in-a-lifetime look at Havana Cuba. I think Norwegian did a very very good job, I also was very satisfied with how American Airlines help me select what I think is what I really wanted. I would recommend American Airlines in the region cruise lines for anyone that wants to take a look at Havana Cuba

The cruise we went on was completely different from the one we purchased. We booked this cruise based on the fact it would spend ~34 hours at port in Havana (arrive @8:00 AM Tuesday, May 21st depart Wednesday, May 22nd @5:00 PM - one complete day with the opportunity to explore all the culture Havana has to offer the following morning into the afternoon) and ~8 hours at port in the Bahama's. In fact it was less than 24 hours in Havana (arrived as planned on Tuesday, May 21st but departed the morning of May 22nd) and apparently the water was to choppy in the Bahama's to disembark, although another cruise ship appeared to anchor and let it's passages enjoy the island. Instead...we had TWO full days at sea that were NOT part of the itinerary we purchased, (Wednesday May 22nd and Thursday May 23rd)! We purchased this cruise for two reasons 1) to visit Cuba and 2) becasue it only had evening 'at sea' time. I would not recommend this cruise to others considering we feel it was a complete 'bait and switch' i.e. purchase one thing but receive something totally different.

Before you leave your ship be sure you have transport information. You may miss your flight. I was able to visit the Martin Luther King and Malcolm X monument. I do not think they are part of any excursion. I heard about but did not visit a monument to President Lincoln. The US dollar was worth less than the Cuban dollar, yet many merchants asked for the US dollar. I enjoyed my cruise. I would go again on Norwegian. I would have rather arrived at about 10AM and left by 2PM the next day. Not everyone could use the 11PM to 7AM time in Havana. Other sites also offer approved excursion. Be selective if you chose not to us the Norwegian ones.

Be nice to the staff and have fun aboard the cruise ship!

Have not been on a cruise in over 20 years. This was great. May sure to got to the regular dining rooms or specialty restaurants they are both very good. The buffet on the 11 floor is great for breakfast or after you come for an excursion. Plan ahead bring suntan lotion and a hat with something to hold it on adjustable under chin string etc because if the wind. Lots of fun activities look at the schedule ahead of time so you don’t miss out. Also art show and great opportunities to buy at great price. Enter contest. I won in the jewelry store one. Lots of fun. Starbucks on board. Bring your Starbucks gift card you can use it. Make sure you have enough credit on your credit card so they can connect it to your card from the ship without having it held up. I had no problem but some people had to got to cashier and guest services.they did not have ice sculpturing. I would have liked that also. Over all great cruise. Sometimes you have to go up to go down. Ask for directions. Lots of staff to assist.

Excellent customer service, activities and show really good, great time.

We wont ever cruise on this ship again. Might try one of the larger NCL ships one day, but my wife and I both realized how much we love Royal Caribbean!

Would do it again in a heartbeat! We are sharing our positive experience with everyone!

All you can drink, all you can eat, and more tail, Fm or M, then any place I've ever been.

We did not receive the email that was to inform us of the cancellation of the stirrup cay port visit, we only found out while onboard the second day...we were HIGHLY disappointed by this, as 2 full days in Nassau was NOT what we paid for...had we known this we would have sailed on another line. The premium beverage package when they already offer open bar is a COMPLETE SCAM!!! the security officers were all terrible, very unhappy and treated everyone as if they were a criminal. I couldn't stand any of them. WE WILL NOT BOOK NORWEGIAN AGAIN. MSC has better ships, better service and better staff.

Would never sail on this ship again. If this was the first time I was on Norwegian I would never sail again.

I had a great time with friends. This trip exceeded to my expectation.

Was not clear on the Future Cruise offer w/use of Onboard Credit, but, no mention of return of your money if no cruise is taken in 4 years. I was unable to speak to cruise consultant due to long lines, and limited times.

I would never do NCL again. Ship was old. The crew seemed like they didn't want to be there except for 1 deck steward and my cabin steward...those where the only 2 who seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food wasn't great. The people on ship were drunk because of the open bar. I prefer Celebrity. I won't be back.

I think they could include a Specialty dinner . They should Have upgrade does to the premium plus beverage package.

I think your Cruise Directors staff need a few classes on how to get people involved. More smiles and eye contact can bring people out.
