Review summary

Would never sail on this ship again. If this was the first time I was on Norwegian I would never sail again.

Food in buffets was a 3 on a 1 to 10 scale. Went on a Norwegian Cruise in September everything was so much better. The specialty restaurant the Italian was a little better than the buffets, the Steak House was great also servers was also great.

Waiter in Steak House and Cabin steward were excellent. Bad smell on ship complained to customers service and was told that a few people had already complained about smell most people were complaining about it to other guests.

Would had given a better rating except for smell. Was also told that ship had been refurbished in 2019 I do not believe this.

Port was nice very similar to other ports.Did not care for the cruise line chaining the itinerary (staying a day in port to do maintenance that smell up the ship and did not offer customers a chance to go on a different trip the $25 dollar shipboard credit was not worth the inconvenience passengers had.)

I was on this sailing, I can attest to the smell. The cancellation of the private island port was very disappointing. would not have booked this had I known
