I'd do it again. The initial price was good and the final price (even with the $10 a day service charge and mandatory 15% gratuity added to every drink) was acceptable. Just don't think a cruise is inexpensive. With airfare, taxis and two (land) hotel nights prior to traveling, I paid about $900 for the 4 day cruize and I didn't do a lot of drinking. The wait-staff in the restaurants were excellent, the food was good quality and avaliable all the time, the activities plentiful and housekeeping was exemplary. If you use the gaming lounge be prepared to inhale tons of second hand smoke. I could only tolerate the smoke for about 15 minutes because there are no restrictions and smokers can sit right next to non-smokers at the tables and slots. My clothes smelled of smoke after a session in the gaming lounge. Spa charges are obscene. I (stupidly in retrospect) paid $158.24 for a 1 hour "stone massage" that was just average. The spa also has a 24 hour cancellation policy so if you want to change your schedule it may cost you 1/2 of the treatment price.

The ship was better than we expected for a 3 night Bahama's weekend cruise. We expected a party croud but instead found many families and wide range of people. The pools were too cold. Felt like ocean water pumped right in to the pool, which is probably what it was because it was salt water. The hot tubs were nice. The private island was awesome, and probably the best part of the cruise! Nice beach, plenty of chairs, decent food. A great value.

The ship had a bad oder of spoiled food

This was a great trip! And the private island (great stirrup cay) was awesome as well. everything was clean and they were willing to get us anything we could have possibly needed. one thing they dont tell you is that they will charge you $10 a day as a service charge but this is TOTALLY worth it! It means you dont have to leave tips otherwise!!!

A really good experiance. Note: Don't bring a bottle in your luggage due to they will charge you $15 to be allowed to bring it in the boat. (if you do it then bring the best bottle you have to be worth it)

I have been on other cruises to the Bahamas and this was the best. Nice clean modern ship with good staff and great food. More of a responsible crowd on the ship and not the late night crazyness found on some ships. If you want to party all night long, go to Vegas.

Very practical ship, everything was perfect!

I would strongly encourage people to join this wonderful experience. Specially I would recommend this cruise to people who enjoy life to the fullest. People who love music, dancing, meeting new people... . My overall impression of the cruise is very positive .

Our cruise was very enjoyable. The food was excellent. Boarding and departing went smoothly. We didn't have to wait in long lines. The staff was very nice and accomodating.

The staff and the service were exceptional. The amount of food alone more than covered the initial expense. There should have been at least 2 or 3 more hot tubs. There were lines waiting to get in the tubs which made people want to get out earlier than desired.

The drawer space for a balony room was very weak. The menu for the Formal Night was like the movie Nightmare on Elm Street. I have been on many cruises, Yet, I was excited about going on the Norweigen . What for? I was disappointed about Formal Night. Tell me. Who Cuts a Lobster Tail in half (long-ways) And only serves you half. In addition what is baby shrimp in a can mixed with cocktail sauce, made up like Goo-lash soup. They called this Shrimp Cocktail. Not Hardly. Certainly, not Classy. But trashey

We have had one of the BEST vacations ever! Everone was so nice & helpful! The ship was beautiful, the room was terrific, the entertainment excellant! We loved Leo!

The crew was not pleasant. The freestyle dining was a joke. The food was the same everyday and still not good. We could make reservations at the three specialty dinning rooms but it would cost you $25 per person to just walk in. The $6 a day all you can drink soda was only good at the bars and then the service was rude. The waiters walking around wouldn't go get you a soda. The staterooms were small and smelled of mold. The night life ended around 9 pm unless you did nothing but drink. The shows were short and not much talent shown, unless you like the girls in skimpy tight clothes. The kids activities were far between and poorly planned. My children were bored. I never saw my Steward. Comes to find out that every party was to get a complimetary bottle of wine. I never got mine. The coffee bar served coffee with alchole. Plus there was no place to sit and read.

Have taken many cruises with my family of me, wife, and three girls. This one was average, no problems, very relaxing. The kids didn't get bored, and they never set foot in the "kids" area. There was enough going on to hold everyone's attention. This is not a "luxury" cruise, so if you're thinking Seaborne or QEII or QMII, stop right there! For the price, it was great. Only negative really was the food quality. There was a great QUANTITY of food always, 24/7, so you'd never go hungry, even at 4AM (I wouldn't know, personally, but so I'm told). Problem was, the food quality was on par with what you'd expect in a hospital cafeteria. Oh, better sounding entrees, to be sure, but the quality result was mass produced, average at best, instituttional meals. Don't hestiate to take the kids, this was really a good cruise, if you're not particular about your meals.

The staff on this ship were snotty and stuck-up and totally disorganized. This was our first cruise and are skeptical about ever going on another. Spend your money on another cruise line and hopefully you wont be as diappointed as we were.

I cruised on this ship in January 2007 in Hawaii. The ship is marginal. The staff is poor. The management was not equiped to handle a full ship with 600 kids on board.

Poor Poor Poor

Having cruised twice before on a different cruise line, I was referred to Norwegian. I really was quite disappointed. My husband and I enjoyed the time we spent off the ship in the various ports, but always returned to the ship by mid afternoon. There was absolutely no planned activities until about 30 minutes prior to departure. The only thing for us to do was sit by the pool, read, or take a nap. We didn't pay to do that! The casino and shops were closed during port times, and we are not big drinkers, so were totally bored. The food on the buffet was the same daily, you can only eat so many burgers, hot dogs and fries. Although the fresh fruit was wonderful. the lines were long as well, but that is to be expected I guess. If you wanted to eat in a different dining room, 5 out of 7 of them had cover charges. We paid 20 dollars each to eat dinner at the steakhouse. The food was great, but we can eat for that back home. I also was not happy about the mandatory 10 dollar per day per guest "service charge" that went for tipping the staff. This is in addition to the automatic 15% gratuity added to any drink order, etc. I prefer to tip on my own based on the service received. The staff and crew were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The stateroom was small, but very clean. All in all, we were disappointed in this cruise and will definately cruise again, just not with Norwegian cruise lines.

The management of this ship was not equiped to handle 600 kids on a small ship. The children's programs were not sufficient. There were adult only bars and programs that parents brought there children. You couldn't eat peacefully in any of the restaurants because there were screaming kids everywhere.

I came on this cruise with the intention of enjoying every minute doing exactly what I wanted to do which was being totally lazy. I was able to get my wish
