The worst vacation I ever had. Our room flooded and we we downgraded plus missed two ports due to the circumstances. No refund! We are not happy!

Review summary

Please don't book NCL. Go on an all inclusive resort vacation or with another cruisline. Also book with a travel agent as I tole of my experience and they did nothing. They told me that NCL was reliable.

Nothing to do for 6 hours after boarding the ship. 1 buffet open, long lines and very crowded..nowhere to sit!

Like high school musicals. Same shows 3 times. Same singers and dancers in all shows. Not good!

Stewards very nice. Heard from many there are bed bugs on ship. Management doesn't care, it's all about revenue.

Never saw anyone cleaning bathrooms. Bathrooms were nasty. They only spray your hands when entering the buffets often it getting in your eyes and on your clothes.

I would agree somewhat since I first cruised with NCL last September on the Sky. It was during the Hurricane I 9 and the entire itinerary was changed at the last minute. We had already been to all the ports that it took. No compensation or apologies from NCL. Gave NCL another try last week on the Joy and it was a good one. Try the bigger class ships and you will love it.

This is either a fake review or someone who had a small issue and wasn't compensated to their satisfaction and then decided to turn their little issue into the opportunity to bash ship and crew. I was on the Sky and had a great time, and unless you are only 2 feet tall, I can't understand how they sprayed sanitizer in your eyes. Yeah, don't think there is anything to see here, and definitely don't use this "review" to decide if you want to cruise on Norwegian Sky.

The staff on Norwegian was amazing, However, all inclusive company that we booked through was terrible and everything was messed up with our reservations. Nothing was correct and I will never book through this company again!
