The staff on Norwegian was amazing, However, all inclusive company that we booked through was terrible and everything was messed up with our reservations. Nothing was correct and I will never book through this company again!

We didn’t have the proper materials we needed to board, our cruise travel agent did not give us any information. She messed up our reservations and we did not receive our credits nor our all inclusive package. Horrible experience!

Don’t take long trips with this company or you might get sick from contaminated food.
This was the stop we were looking forward to, and were very disappointed. We had no time to explore, got there at 7 am, nothing opened till 9 and we left at 1. No time for activities or the beach. Wish we had more time.
Our family started getting sick the day before we arrived in Miami. My husband didn’t experience great stirrup bay due to the norovirus. I was sick the day we arrived in Miami, my daughter got sick later that afternoon. We spent the next two days in a hotel vomiting violently with diarrhea and stomach cramps that were unbearable due to the norovirus.
