It was clean - picked up twice a day - the bed was bigger than I expected - I felt that it was ‘roomy’ for a cruise ship room

Our bathroom was dirty and smelled; the shower head was broken and the shower itself was chipping (as was the mirror). The window itself was bigger than expected which was good.
