The ship is beautiful! The layout on it is not very good, you have to search for the bathrooms. They are not personable like they used to be. I liked how a long time ago you would go to one table and get 1 server and they would learn what you like and what you don't like and be very friendly(they don't do that anymore.)

Our first port to visit on the itinerary was cancelled long before we started our cruise, so we had an extra day at sea before arriving at Bermuda. The weather was not as warm as we had hoped for (so no more cruises in the North Atlantic until after May). The ship is beautiful but perhaps not as comfortable seating and swimming as we thought it would be. The infinity pools were small and crowded.

I had a bad experience with NCL a very long time ago and said I'd never sail with them again, but he Prima looked interesting and the itinerary worked with my time off so we gave it a try. Just very disappointed and underwhelmed, not to mention how expensive everything was after NCL nickel and dimes for everything. I'll be sticking with Royal Caribbean in the future.

Overall a good cruise which could have been better.

Book the Haven if you’re doing the Prima ship. Cabin was good except for the master bathroom. Speciality restaurants and Haven restaurant were ok, except for meat/seafood quality. For us the Prima is 1 and done for us.

Great matteresses n burger at the Local. Long lines to deal with. Bad rolls in buffet. Very disorganized huge lines in buffet. 40 minutes to get meal at Hudson. Great staff. Nice ship super furniture.

This was our 18th cruise. Worst experience we ever had on a ship. The buffet was terrible.

Sailing out of New York is so special🇺🇸. My husband and I sailed with our son and family. We had a wonderful time. The food and service were fantastic! The ship is beautiful and I thought was easy to navigate. Bermuda was beautiful. We went to the caves, tobacco bay and horseshoe bay. We used the free ferry from NCL and the public bus. We enjoyed all of it.

From start to finish, every single day on this cruise was special. On the ship and off, everyone I encountered was pleasant and happy to be of service. Bermuda was my second time around, and it won't be the last. I highly recommend the Prima and destination Bermuda - you cannot go wrong!

We are loyal customers of NCL crusises and overall have had great experiences. However, did not have the best time on this cruise as we encountered bad weather and most outdoor and indoor activities were cancelled. even the pool and outdoor pool activities were cancelled. They even decided to leave Bermuda port earlier than originally planned. they did not have a plan B for activities in case of bad weather. however, having said that I would be willing to give this ship another try on a warmer part of the year. This has been my only "not too good experience" on NCL. have been on more than 7 NCL cruises and all with great experiences.

Completely unattractive design of the ship, dark, confusing foyers. Duty-free stores don't make sense if they don't have a wine or food sections. 50% of the performances were canceled, the stay on the island was almost halved. But the worst thing is the menu in all bars and restaurants with an acute shortage of all products and complete daily monotony. Long story short: our vacation is a complete waste of time and money. Never again we will be joining Norvigen cruises!

We loved Bermuda - will be going back. As for the cruise; we were pleased with the cabin and food; Ship is not designed properly for full cruises; venues too small; NCL's new upcharge strategy for a lot of things drops value considerably; NCL appears to be confused about who it is targeting.

always have liked norweign but not getting into any of the shows this trip makes me want to try other lines, we have been on about 12 and Norweign has always been our favorite so this new ship was disappointing

Pool was too small saw many people slip and fall due to wet floor Bar service was very slow Constant up charges were very annoying Seating in the buffet was terrible too small Entertainment was very poor

We had a great time. I will say that this NCL cruise was significantly more than RC or Carnival that we have booked for this year on comparable ships. I did not find it better than Royal and for the price difference, probably will not cruise with NCL again, unless the price is right!

We did enjoy our vacation, however Norwegian needs to improve several things before we would ever think about booking with them again. Make sure you book any activities as soon as you can check-in online. after seeing the Vibe Beach Club I would suggest individual 16 and up consider purchasing this upgrade. This seemed to have the best place to actually get a seat and be able to get in the water while at sea. Hopefully, NCL gets their employees to appear more friendly than what we experienced. Most of the employees working the bars were awesome.

Great ship and crew. Food was incredible. Staying in the Haven on this ship is quite and experience!

The Prima is a very modern cruise ship but I am disappointed with the design.

We had a great time with just a few hiccups. We really enjoyed our time on the cruise.
