Embarkation

Getting onto the PRIMA in NYC was extreamly fast and easy. They took a updated photo of myself printed our key cards and we wear whisked onboard in less then 15 minutes start to finish. The return of the E Muster is fantastic.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The ship itself is stunning there is wonderful art everywhere. The dining rooms are bright and airy. The food was some of the best we have had at sea. The main buffet is extreamly small for the size of the ship. We only eat there the last day of the cruise so not sure how hard it is to find seats or how the food is. We eat in three specialty restaurants Le Bistro, Los Lobos and Palomar. The food and service in all three was great.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Being a short 5 day cruise there wasn't a lot of time to explore. The main pool deck has a very small pool but there are several small infinity pools in other areas of the ship as well as hot tubs. The thermal spa is a completely new design for NCL. I attended the game show Deal or No deal and had a fun time. We had tickets for The Price is Right but the show was cancelled due to rough seas.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We enjoyed The Donna Summer Musical, and the main theater is very nice. One of the best things is the chairs with armrests all fold up making it much easier to get in and out of the rows of seats. Also the seat in front of you has a fold down holder for your drinks.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service was great throught the cruise there was only one time on the last night that we had a long wait for food but we were having very rough seas so that had a lot to do with it

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship is stunningly beautiful it is very bright clean and fresh. You see crew cleaning constintly. The down side is customer service and shops are spread out over three decks and can be hard to find exactly what your looking for. Also the ship can be difficult to get around if you have mobility issues. One of the nice things is you can walk around the full ship on the outside on deck 8

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin is or seems much larger the the same type on other NCL ships and the shower is the largest we have ever had in a balcony cabin

Ports of call

New York, New York

NYC is a city you love or hate getting around can be a challenge. But there is something for everyone

Royal Naval Dockyard, West End, Bermuda

5 out of 5
We only had one overnight but this is our third time to Bermuda and won't be our last. My favorite beach has to be Horse Shoe Bay. We did n't get there this trip but we will be there again

Disembarkation

My wife had wheelchair assist on and off the ship. The biggest low point was the crew member they had take my wife off never had permission to leave the ship and ended up leaving my wife at the security check point until my wife complained and a officer took my wife off till we came across another crew member returning from taking another passenger off the ship and he took us the rest of the way.
