Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. Maybe our expectations for NCL are much higher due to all of the great cruises we have taken in the past. However, because of the poor design layout of the ship, poor venues, and terrible entertainment we rated our experience much lower than normal.

This was a wonderful, relaxing cruise. The ship is lovely and there was a lot to do and plenty of room everywhere.

The ship and staff were great. We got a room next to multiple (services) animals that barked everyday and all night. I know NCL allows service animals but I think they we lied to about these pets!

This was definitely one of our favorite cruises, the ship was amazing and we’re already planning on a new adventure

My first Norwegian cruise. I loved it and expect to cruise with them again!

Beautiful ship, good variety of restaurants, awesome ports & good length of time. The staff seemed like they were new & not quite up to my previous cruises (NCL & others), but were ok.

We would not do this cruise again as 3 of our tours were cancelled at the last minute.

The cruise was wonderful and the ports were as well. Excursions every day?

New, nice ship. One port was changed after booking. Very expensive excursions. Bad layout. Crowded buffet area with passengers fighting for a table, not enough places to stay (to read a book or relax). Poor entertainments.

Overall we were disappointed in missing Ireland-- so perhaps another cruise to also include Scotland. The Prima is a nice ship but we will not take it to a cool climate again. Iceland for us is a one and done but Norway could definitely be a repeat in Summer months of course! This tour was a bucket list Artic Circle ( the captain did not announce circle entry or any Northern Lights nights which we thought was absolutely a mistake on his part )

It was a nice way to see Iceland, experience Norway and check Amsterdam and Bruges off your list.

Nice area but not liking ship design in future will look for other ships

The high points of the cruise would be the service and a couple specialty restaurants. The Surfside buffet and grill was very bland. The grill was better but fries were always cold. Our cabin Steward was a gem. Most crew members were very helpful. I doubt that I will cruise Norwegian again simply due to food quality and ship design. The prima is beautiful, but in my opinion, not practical for the cruise we went on. If it had just been the ship, I'd give it another go

Haven is fantastic and staff is so wonderful. Restaurant food is good but very limited dinner choices and same every day. Lounge and bar on 16 friendly and fun, Jeferson and Pedro great bartenders. Butler Juniser warm and wonderful! Too many extra charges.Haven guests should have unlimited water, specialty coffees and internet for spending over$20,000.

Great Itinerary, wonderful staff, lovely new ship but with lots of quirks with definitely needed improvements to the food quality!

NCL knew that they had not docked at the second Iceland port all year. They should not have advertised this as a port. Two ports canceled on the original itinerary will keep us from booking with them again

The cruise was a great experience overall, with the only serious aggravation being flying through Reykjavik's Keflavik airport. It was a nightmare of people in an airport that was designed to handle about a quarter of the travelers it gets. Security was over the top, and they do not recognize Global Entry, so be prepared to take everything out of your bags, pockets, belts, etc., and show your passport and be questioned at least four to five times.

It was an enjoyable cruise that I was able to share with friends and family. As indicated above, the venues appeared to be designed for intimacy but seemed contradictory for the number of people. Lastly, I will most likely be detered from taking cruised during school vacations. There seemed to be an excess of children of all ages.
