Review summary

The title and review provides a good recap of our trip.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
No one asked if they can tag our luggage to our stateroom. I asked, but likely due to the language barrier, we were pointed to get in line (along with carrying all four of our luggages). After that, it was fine.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Very happy that there were daily options during lunch with noodle soup for the Asian folks. Breakfast was fine, cant really change that too much. However, for the Indulge Cafe, I was hoping for at least a change in menu one time, so basically it was the same lunch and dinner for 11 days. Change is the spice of life! We loved the Italian restaurant, delicious!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Did some trivia, bingo, deal or no deal, listened to live music; they served it's purpose.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
We just went to one show, the Donna Summers musical, it was good, but got bored towards the middle. I dont recall the guys name, but he was singing songs that I loved and had a great voice.

Children's Programs

I dont have kids or care for kids.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Our room steward, Wilfred was great, probably the only person I saw smiling as staff during my entire trip. The only other person who seemed happy to be where they are is a bartender at the Whiskey Bar (bald, very nice guy).

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Besides the fact that the ship has many smaller areas compared to the regular cruise ships (which sometimes is good and bad), the decor/design was great, modern, clean, just my style. The common areas were immaculate, the cleaning crew did their job!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The size was perfect, was able to move around easily. The bathroom was great, loved the water pressure and size of the shower, usually they seem a lot smaller. I enjoyed the cabin very much.

Disembarkation

We were able to leave sooner than expected, which was great for a travel day. Took our luggages and were the first group to leave the ship.
