It ws a lovely time, but the issue of not crediting our account with what was advertised was disturbing.

The ship is beautiful. It has a bowling alley and many wonderful restaurants. We went for our 22 anniversary so it didn't matter that we didn't have the best entertainment, it can be improved, or no regular meal time. We were able to spend a lot of time together and enjoy our anniversary which was our goal.

Our experience was wonderful. My dad needed a wheelchair and the environment was very accomodating. We saw whales, dolphins, seals, sea otters, puffin, kittywaite, seagulls, bald eagles, among other animals. The onboard entertainment was also wonderful!

We had a great time on our cruise. The food on the ship was plain but very good. We went on the Whale watching and train ride, shore excursions, they were well worth the money.

This was the best travel in my life!!

I felt that the mini suites were very small. I also felt the dining experience was not as good as I've had on other ships. There were far too many specialty restaurants. The entertainment overall was good, but there was not enough to do during the day. I would not recommend this ship.

Ship was nice, claen and for the most part the staff were henomenal. 2 areas of serious concern. Buffets specifically garden Cafe on 12th floor. Servers very rude, if you ask for an extra slice of anything they acted like you were taking food off their childrens plate. They time schedules were not stuck to and changed with no notice at all, the food was so full of grease you could ring it out. Also the shore excursion desk! re-wrote descriptions of tours and totally were incorrect about "Seattle City Tour" we were told we would go to Pikes Market a Seattle tourist attraction, and even spoke one on one with shore excursion personnel. Paid for the tour, imagine to our surpirse when the 3.5 hour trip was over we had to catch a plane and we didn't even go by it. we went to a few "rich neighborhoods" throught he University parking lots, and across a bridge, no market!!! the tour conductor told us that happens all the time and its becuase the ship wirtes the srong description in thier brocheure!! HORRIBLE!!! But everything else onthe ship was wonderful. I would take it again, but just avoid those 2 areas.

WHILE THE RECEPTION AREA SEEMS TO BE NOT QUITE AS BREATHTAKING AS OTHER CRUISE SHIPS WE HAVE BEEN ON, IT IS QUITE STUNNING WHEN YOU FIRST WALK ON TO THE SHIP.

Ship was nice.

The ship is great. Not too small, not too big, very clean and easy to get around.

the ship was really clean and we loved the eating area outside!!! We would say it was one of our favorite ships and the negative comments below are just ways we feel NCL could improve but we still loved the ship.

Overall the ship was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinners generally took a while, so be sure to plan for long dinners before or after the evening entertainment.

We were very pleased with the service we received from your company, we were not pleased at all with any aspect of the ship except for the rooms.

The ship is well maintained and staff very friendly. The atmosphere was casual but you felt very pampered. Not stuffy at all.

Clean and Efficient

We were pleased with the ship itself and would sail on it again.

We had a great time. My son loved the kids club. He did not want to leave. The views of the glaciers were beautiful.

you dont want to miss taking this ship to any port,but Alaska was the best cruise and this ship is wonderful. My husband didnt think he would like this but he loved it and didnt want the trip to end. The food and the staff are wonderful. Do not miss taking this cruise on the norewign pear to alaska well worth it.

I've been on 6 cruises and by far, this was the best. The staff were nice and accomodating, the shows were great, the food was delicious and the views were better than I could have ever imagined. I highly recommend it to anyone in any age range!
