Review summary
Ship was nice, claen and for the most part the staff were henomenal. 2 areas of serious concern. Buffets specifically garden Cafe on 12th floor. Servers very rude, if you ask for an extra slice of anything they acted like you were taking food off their childrens plate. They time schedules were not stuck to and changed with no notice at all, the food was so full of grease you could ring it out. Also the shore excursion desk! re-wrote descriptions of tours and totally were incorrect about "Seattle City Tour" we were told we would go to Pikes Market a Seattle tourist attraction, and even spoke one on one with shore excursion personnel. Paid for the tour, imagine to our surpirse when the 3.5 hour trip was over we had to catch a plane and we didn't even go by it. we went to a few "rich neighborhoods" throught he University parking lots, and across a bridge, no market!!! the tour conductor told us that happens all the time and its becuase the ship wirtes the srong description in thier brocheure!! HORRIBLE!!! But everything else onthe ship was wonderful. I would take it again, but just avoid those 2 areas.Ports of call
Pros: Cruises only was the easiest booking I have had, and I have done 32+ cruises!!! Every detail and specification was handeled without any hassels or problems what so ever! It was an amazing trip on e of my best
Cons: It was a fantastic cruise, only 2 issues and both related to the ship. #!) beware of the shore tours..... the excursion desk takes information that they get from the tour conductors and re-srites it in their own brocheure. On the Seattle City Tour it was totally wrong. Very Dissappointed
