The quality of the food in main dining room, specifically restaurants, and buffet has gone down. I love lamb and lamb entree at Le Bistro was awful. I also love sea food and sea food entree at cagney's was inedible. They redid shrimp and scallops, and they were still tough and inedible. Large show producions were few. Two were in a lounge and very crowded, not in large theater.

Would highly recommend this cruise this time of year. We left cold and rainy Boston for Warm and Sunny Bermuda. Last minute decision (Tuesday) and sailed on Friday. No flights for us so it was easy. A great way to kick off spring!

Highly recommend. Bermuda is absolutely beautiful and SAFE. The ship and staff are very accommodating, safe, fun, and small enough to know where you are and where your going.

This was a first time cruising for me and my daughter. I will definitely will look future deals to cruise again, but will make sure a drink package is included.

Great cruise. Normal to experience some rough seas but it’s the Atlantic not a bathtub. Staff is wonderful and the Chef is brilliant! Bermuda is the Atlantic Oceans masterpiece and worth the visit.

Cruise was extremely boring, game shows held in Spinnaker Lounge which could only accommodate a few people, standing room only if that. Game shows played favoritism to those who were higher in Lattitudes status.

The cruise ship was beautiful and clean; and staff were very friendly. We liked that we only went to one port, which made it was very relaxing. The dining rooms food was okay. Cagney's was amazing! Internet needs improvement without charging the guests. Bermuda was so pretty but we would wait until the middle of May to go out of Boston again.

We got quite luck with the weather. April departure from Boston can be cold sometimes but we had 80 degrees this time. Bermuda weather was great. - mid 70's, no rain until the day we departed. Lots of stuff to do on the ship throughout the week. All staff were very polite, helpful and attentive.

My worst cruise ever!The room in Norwegian pearl is made unbelievably small and uncomfortable. The entertainment very bad and cheap compared to previous years. I will never cruise again on a Norwegian cruise ship.

We were very disappointed with our room 11582 the daycare was above our cabin The noise was unbearable From 9am-1am every day couldn’t sleep

So, why has NCL decided to cheapen this cruise? It's such a contrast to nearly all of my past NCL cruises. NCL raises the cruise fares and yet it subtracts from the customer experience. The entertainment component of this cruise was the worst ever!! Cheap acts. As I have already mentioned, the specialty dinings were good. But NCL needs to stop with the cutbacks. For example in Cagney's Steakhouse I could order as many apps, salads and sides as I wanted. Now you can only select between one app or salad and only one side! I ordered the crabcake as my app. One bite...... smelled and tasted like old fish. Returned it. They offered another app so I chose the shrimp cocktail. In the pasy I would received 5 or 6 jumbo shrimp. Now you get 3 medium shrimp. It's the little things that disappoint. Wait staff and room steward was great.

Over all I'm not happy with this cruise at all. I would not feel happy or please telling friends and family about booking though BJ's travel in the future. Very high amounts of service fee

Overall cruise was poor have been on two other cruise different lines and enjoyed it much more.

No enforcement of adult clubs where children were in. Couldn’t get into any hot tubs children occupied them. Was kicked in the stomach in the pool that children were all in.

I wish there was more entertainment. We had a comedian for 4 nights. One singer and one Ncl show

Very with all the misinformation. I called to ask about what was allowed on board the morning before we left and I was told that I could bring two bottles of wine. I did that, but was not told until we were checking in and the said we had to pay a fee for the wine. I was not told that on the phone when I spoke to your rep.

Just know that guest services does not care if you get what you were told you would get. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PRIORITY, IT IS WORTHLESS!!

This was my first cruise with NCL and I was seriously not impressed. Other than the heated pools, they had nothing on RC. The management needs to get their act together and reduce the chaos. Bring back the entertainment staff, because the ones used were not good, and don't offer drinks on a premium plus package that you don't actually offer. I feel like I way overpaid for drinks that we wanted to get and couldn't. A cruise should also never run out of pina colada mix, which was absolutely ridiculous.
