Over all I'm not happy with this cruise at all. I would not feel happy or please telling friends and family about booking though BJ's travel in the future. Very high amounts of service fee

Children's Programs

My girls are 12-16 years old I did not feel like there was enough entertainment for their age group. We saw a lot of kids running around.

The service was great. Our Biggest problem with this cruise was all the fees and nothing was really cover on our package.

We where not happy with our rooms, we had a pull out bed and the room was small for an ocean view room

Ship tip

Make sure they check their package before sailing and if they have kids to have package for them too. The fees are crazy

I booked through an alternate agency...I noticed I didn't have free at sea.. although it was listed and ended up paying close 500 more dollars for it and the taxes... and it bummed my room from the tenth floor to the fifth... next time I will def check everything before I pay

The Pearl and the Gem are smaller and don't have that many activities.The joy I personally think is better for teens.

Appreciate your detailed feedback. Sounds as if you have a problem with your travel agency. Hope you had a reasonably good time, if you discount the additional costs.
