Excellent organization. Clean and on time. The timing and service was excellent.  Too much focus on selling and buying.  I did not like to be pushed to buy jewels and watches.

Overall NCL is a great value cruise line.  Service is great, it's clean and their general food is good.  Their entertainment needs some improvement - same comedian performed multiple nights and wasn't very funny, many singers are no better than karaoke and some events haven't changed in years, which gets old.  The food was mostly good, but my worst meal came from a specialty restaurant. My advise is not to waste your money one their speciality Resturants - they are not worth it.

Enjoyed the ports and excursions.  Entertainment could have been better.  Food was very good but not the seating for the most part. Didn't like the fact that you had to pay extra for everything (bingo, bowling) and it was very expensive.

My husband, Domenic, and I just got off the ship after a week and felt like we were leaving our family. Our sincerest aloha to Dan "The Man", Eddie "Spaghetti", Evan, Claudius, Endrigo, Marcos, our Stateroom ...Housekeeper, and the Washy-Washy Team for making this past week the best Honeymoon anyone could ever hope for!! You all are the best!! A Hui Hou (until we meet again)!!

Coming from 100 degree heat in Oklahoma to an NCL Pearl cruise to Alaska where the weather was 55 to 60 degrees and rainy was just fine with us. Rainy & cold in Juneau and Skagway. Nice in Ketchekan and Victoria. No issues with the weather as this was our 8th cruise to Alaska

The crew - as usual - was super. Many old friends and lots of new crew friends.

And several new passenger friends. We ate in the specialty restaurants - Le Bistro, Cagney's & Moderno - all three were excellent. Made was the hostess in Moderno for breakfast and lunch - and in Le Bistro for dinner. She took EXCELLENT care of us - as did all the wait staff. Super friendly people.

We also knew the Captain Paul - and Hotel Director Cary from a previous cruise on the Pearl. 

All in all - perfect cruise for us - and five more booked with NCL.

Our experience was great.  Beautiful ship! We ate so much I couldn't eat anymore The variety of food was unbelievable and the presentation unreal  we took pictures,of the food and the deserts.  The staff is so friendly and so much fun. Ariel Prohibido was our stewart and he was great his towel animals were fun to receive. I got one every night, He also called us by our names which gave it a more personal feel.  Rooms have a layout that is very efficient.  Great trip

The stateroom service was outstanding. Never had to worry about anything. The Whale Watching excursions were out of this world. We had gone to Alaska 16 years ago and this time it was well worth the money. The Captain did a beautiful job of showing the Glacier Bay in its glory. It was breath taking. A must trip if you want something exciting.

Although I love Alaska and enjoyed our excursions very much, I will never cruise in the summertime again.  There were so many kids, you couldn't get into the swimming pool or even enjoy laying in the sun.  Forget it.  I also didn't appreciate being forced to pay top dollar for the little drinks.  I didn't drink much but had a $400 room bill after the $13.50 per day they tacked on that we weren't made aware of before the trip for tips to service people.  Yet they tacked on tips for every drink you ordered.  You could buy a bottle of liquor in the duty free store but you couldn't have it until the end of the trip.  Why bother?  They say it's for security reasons.  Right!  It's to gorge you money wise.  I'm not even certain I'll take another cruise again based on all the surprises.  It was so crowded, and with my friend who has MD, we often got ran over by people, and of course, the kids.  The staff was extremely courteous which was a plus on the trip.  But there was not much more to enjoy, except for the specialty dinners.  They were very good. 

This was mine and my husband's first cruise and we would do it again.  The Pearl is a beautiful ship and all the people taking care of us were friendly and helpful.  Our excursions were really enjoyable and we saw lots of exciting things.  We would certainly recommend this ship and cruise to other people.

Glacier Bay was spectacular.  This the second cruise with Norwegian and was not disappointed.  The staff as always was attentive, courteous and professional. .Great entertainment in the lounge areas as well as in the main theater.

The train trip in Skagway was a great way to see the interior of Alaska and the commentary very informative.  However, I was in a car that had several small children under the age of 10 that kept moving up and down the aisle and talking and the parents paid no attention.  This was distracting for the rest of the passengers.  I would suggest that you make adult only cars, put age limits for kids to participate in the tours or enforce some rules.

It's very hard not to enjoy the amazing scenery.  Docking was great, no tenders!  The food was very good, much improved.  Our room steward Parman was the best of the best.  The only negative was the constant "selling" of gambling pulltabs.  Every show we went to they pushed bingo card sales and pulltabs.  It got old.  We were upgraded to balcony room-GREAT

Scenery was amazing. Cruise ship outstanding. Food choices great. Excursions very well planned and informative, entertainment was excellent, best was Four Strings Trio.

Everyone was happy and wonderful!  The staff couldn't do enough to make sure you were having a great time.  The boat was luxurious.  Very Clean and our rooms were very well taken care off by the staff.  The food was great and we saw some wonderful shows.  We had a great time on our cruise.

Our 2nd cruise to Alaska was just as amazing as our first one 2 years ago.  This time we went to Skagway and cruised Glacier Bay.  The beautiful scenery and amazing shore excursion in Skagway is something that we will remember and reflect on for years to come.  The Norwegian Pearl was a beautiful ship and lived up to all of our expectations.  The staff was so accommodating, friendly, and surpassed what we felt was excellent service.  They treated us like family and always had a smile and a friendly hello for us.  The specialty restaurants were more than we expected them to be with amazing food.  It was a cruise to share and remember for family and friends.

The cruise started in Seattle and with all the excitement of leaving port it was quickly diminished at sea. Norwegian has an open format for meals but the buffet and the restaurant are the same. Tried several different restaurants and the buffet the entire cruise and did not find a satisfying meal the entire cruise. The service on board is great as the waiters and waitress are helpful and accommodating. One bartender in the great outdoors area needs to be educated on how to service guest but the wife and I refused to let him ruin our cruise so we just went to other bars for drinks then went to the great outdoor area or waited until he was not working in that area to enjoy this portion. Juneau was our first stop and whale watching was excellent. Skagway was the second stop and 4 blocks of tourist stops and 12 hours of being in port could have been better served in another area. Glacier Bay has to be the highlight of this cruise. Will definitely come back if for nothing else than Glacier bay. Ketchikan is a great stop and a flight to Misty Fjords was the highlight and a last minute addition. Our last stop was Victoria and would have preferred a longer time in port to enjoy this great Canadian town. 

Adventure cruise. Lots of activities off the boat. Cruise through glacier bay was a highlight. Time in port was a limiting factor, especially in Victoria. Wish we could trade some Skagway time for more in Victoria. Generally good selection of activities especially for a multigenerational trip. Everyone could do their own thing and get back to discuss it for dinner. Food was a bit disappointing, especially all the Atlantic salmon on an Alaska cruise. Crew was friendly and efficient, especially our cabin steward. 

Internet was non existent and the offer for it was fraud.  No effort whatsoever from on board staff to correct the situation.  Provided the customer service staff the opportunity to correct a bad situation and they did not care.  Food was average, at best.  Entertainment was good, especially Tim, the comedian.

This was the first ever cruise for my husband and I and his brother and sister-in-law. We truly enjoyed the beautiful scenery and were glad we had gotten balcony rooms. The day we spent slowly cruising through Glacier Bay was sunny which made picture taking great. The staff were gracious and helpful.

Everyone on the ship was very nice and service was excellent.  The room was spacious for a cruise ship and everything was nice and clean.  Food in the main dining room  was mediocre.  I am assuming that the best food was reserved for the specialty restaurants.  Coffee at the coffee bar was higher than at Starbucks.  In order to access the internet to print out my airline boarding pass, I was charged $9.95 for 15 minutes, plus an additional $3.95 to log on.  I felt like I was constantly being nickel and dimed for everything.  My daughter forgot her wallet in the room safe when we disembarked on July 10 and we have not gotten it back yet.  No one in the lost and found department appeared to understand the need to take ownership of the problem to return the wallet in a timely manner.  Despite emails to corporate heads - Customer Service and President/CEO - we have never received any communication.  If it were possible to do so, I would not have assigned any star at all.  I will NEVER cruise on NCL again.
