Review summary

Internet was non existent and the offer for it was fraud.  No effort whatsoever from on board staff to correct the situation.  Provided the customer service staff the opportunity to correct a bad situation and they did not care.  Food was average, at best.  Entertainment was good, especially Tim, the comedian.

Pearl is scheduled to go into drydock mid next year. so maybe that's when they will get their Wi-Fi upgrade. internet is a bit pricey if I remember correctly.

We were on the Dawn in April and the Internet was great!

If internet is important to you, u should do some research about NCL. They have the slowest internet service. Worst then dial-up. They are supposed to upgrade their internet service by end of July but it hasn't happen yet. I'm afraid it will disappoint some of u.

Gosh, I wonder what you ate that was so...bad to average? Honestly, what are you, a hot dog and burger kind of guy? Or did you have difficult with your cream cheese on a cucumber wafer, like I did? I bet you stayed away from the Indian food on that ship, which was the BEST! Come on, tell us what you didn't like...

Lol I spend plenty of time with my family....my kids are home schooled. I have zero complaints having to be online a few hours a day while on vacation. My family has zero complaints as guess what pays for all of our vacations and our bills? So perhaps mind your own business before you start judging.

I have owned a business for 25 years, if you NEED wifi , fire your staff! I own a 7 day a week 24 hr a day operation, I am very involved in the day to day operations. If you can't take a weeks vacation and not be interrupted something is badly wrong. Find a way to spend quality time with your family, not your staff! Good luck

Considering how many people use the wifi and that you are in the middle of an ocean the reception of course will be spotty.

Yikes I hope the get it fixed as I own my own business and have to be online every morning before breakfast for a few hours. Thanks for the info!
