I normally like NCL but this cruise makes me question if I want to sail with with them again. I had been thinking of their new ship the Bliss sailing from Seattle to Alaska and also when it sails from NOLA. Due to their indeference to do something for us regarding the cabin I'm not sure, I really would like it if you would share this review with NCL !

In spite of it's shortcomings we had a great time and met many wonderful people from all over the world. It was still a valuable vacation experience for us.

Overall we had a very nice time ,the staff or crew ,made this happen ,very genuine ,sincere,friendly ,people, we opted for the drink and specialty package ,the draught beer selection was very good ,the wines ,you could select where very good ,cocktails where we'll put together ,with a lot of top shelf booze,cagneys steak house ,twice,love the 8 oz fillet ,nice atmosphere in there, also the bistro twice ,food was very good and service in both places was excellent.

The highlight was Canal transit and I have made this trip on a past cruise. The ship was adequate but shows it age and design. With the Dining and Beverage package it made for a decent trip.

Norwegian treated us like royalty. I don't know how the staff deals with rude people. I couldn't do it without a tazer. The staff deserves accolades for being so cheerful and congenial. They work 8 straight months without a day off, 2 shifts a day. Yes, you read that right. 8 months, 7 days a week. Two shifts a day. I dont know how they can be so constantly "UP". Norwegian must put Xanax or antidepressants in the crew's water supply, that's all I can think of. We always enjoy our cruises on Norwegian.

This cruise was a birthday celebration for 3 of our 4-person party and we each had a rock roaring time! We were each able to pursue our individual interests yet come back together to enjoy each other's company as a group. We LOVED IT and each expressed the desire to sail again. ALASKA here we come!!!

Was a great bucket list experience. We were not disappointed. Norwegian scored a few points with my wife and I. I'd recommend this trip to any cruiser.

I would definitely go on NCL cruise again. I loved the staff, the cleanliness of the ship and the food was great. The staff were always pleasant and caring. They will always try to accommodate your request.

Did NOT receive the $50 onboard credit. We enjoyed ourselves with somecactivity and lots of relaxation, particularly the Spinnaker Lounge And musi throughout.

Overall the experience was what I like to call a "REAL Vacation" so all in all it was worth saving up for this cruise. I dont have to drive, or cook, or clean. Thats a real vacation! Not to mention Alaska was so beautiful. The Staff and crew were so friendly, they actually made the whole trip for me! I will definitely book Norwegian Cruise Lines again.

Had a wonderful time we won a free cruise at bingo. We had great weather in ever port enjoyed all the beautiful scenery. I want to go again and do more adventures. We did the train had s wonderful time and all the people were great fun. I always went to guests services for my bill so I knew how much we were spending. I hope they put it on the tv soon.

We had nine family members from age 4 to 64! Everyone was able to find fun things to do. It is a great first cruise or 13th cruise, as it was for me. The Pearl is a perfect mid-size ship, big enough to have plenty of amenities, but no so big that you are just a face in the crowd! We love Norwegian Cruise Line!

Was not impressed with Norwegian cruise ships (pearl & Pride). The dinning places are not too accessable . the Buffet on the Pearl was terrible. Not enough room to sit. the menu was very limited. The fruit was good. Probably will not take another Norwegian cruise.

They did not apologize for the noise in our cabin. took 3 days to acknowledge the noise, 2 more days to fix it. Food and entertainment were great. regular workers were great.

Great experience, beautiful scenery! Quality food with good variety. Thoughtful about our son's special needs (offered ear plugs at customer service, priority embarkation).

Just spectacular. Amazing cruise. Friendly staff and crew. Everything was well done. Norwegian is a leader in cruises. Our cruise consultant Angela was wonderful in making sure we understood everything before the cruise

GREAT VIEWS OF GLACIERS .THE FOOD WAS EXCELLANT. THE SALMON BAKE WAS GREAT, THE FISH WAS SO FRESH .YOU COULD EAT AS MUCH SALMON AS YOU WANTED.THE PANNING FOR GOLD WAS VERY FUN.

The entire cruise was the most amazing and exciting vacation we have ever taken. The ship was clean and comfortable. The crew was always helpful and friendly. They took time to talk with you if you wanted. They were all so attentive.The hand washing program is exceptional!! Need to take that to the hospital that I work at. Getting to excursions was so easy - even the excursions not booked through the ship. It was all so amazing!!

The pools need to be heated so kids have access to activities without freezing. This concentrated the kids in the hot tubs where adults were trying to enjoy themselves.

everything is good except for disappointing Chinese food. I liked the entertainment, show and movie going onshore is well organized and in order too expensive for those on-shore trips booking on the cruise compared to booking on shore
