I would definitely go on NCL cruise again. I loved the staff, the cleanliness of the ship and the food was great. The staff were always pleasant and caring. They will always try to accommodate your request.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Signage for Haven passengers in Seattle pier could be better. Staff was helpful walking my family and I to the side door for priority boarding. Check-in was quick and boarding was smooth.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Food was delicious with lots of variety. Haven Courtyard and room service menu was excellent as well. All restaurant staffs, maître d's. bartenders, valet and butlers were very attentive, friendly and would go out of their way to accommodate my request.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was spotless and clean. There is constantly someone cleaning somewhere in the ship when you walk around.

Cabin / Stateroom

Super clean and comfortable. Spacious for the three of us.

Ship tip

The Indian food on board is excellent. The Teppanyaki was fun and reservations is a must. The casino staffs were super friendly.

Icy Strait Point (Hoonah), Alaska

3 out of 5
It was a long walk and the golf cart did not run frequent enough for folks with disabilities. The tram tour drop-off was too far back to the ship for someone with disabilities.

Juneau, Alaska

5 out of 5
The whale watching and glacier visit was great. Worth every penny.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Disembarkation was slow and not a lot of help for Haven passengers. Experience was much smoother at boarding.
