So, why has NCL decided to cheapen this cruise? It's such a contrast to nearly all of my past NCL cruises. NCL raises the cruise fares and yet it subtracts from the customer experience. The entertainment component of this cruise was the worst ever!! Cheap acts. As I have already mentioned, the specialty dinings were good. But NCL needs to stop with the cutbacks. For example in Cagney's Steakhouse I could order as many apps, salads and sides as I wanted. Now you can only select between one app or salad and only one side! I ordered the crabcake as my app. One bite...... smelled and tasted like old fish. Returned it. They offered another app so I chose the shrimp cocktail. In the pasy I would received 5 or 6 jumbo shrimp. Now you get 3 medium shrimp. It's the little things that disappoint. Wait staff and room steward was great.

Over all I'm not happy with this cruise at all. I would not feel happy or please telling friends and family about booking though BJ's travel in the future. Very high amounts of service fee

Overall cruise was poor have been on two other cruise different lines and enjoyed it much more.

No enforcement of adult clubs where children were in. Couldn’t get into any hot tubs children occupied them. Was kicked in the stomach in the pool that children were all in.

I wish there was more entertainment. We had a comedian for 4 nights. One singer and one Ncl show

Very with all the misinformation. I called to ask about what was allowed on board the morning before we left and I was told that I could bring two bottles of wine. I did that, but was not told until we were checking in and the said we had to pay a fee for the wine. I was not told that on the phone when I spoke to your rep.

Just know that guest services does not care if you get what you were told you would get. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON PRIORITY, IT IS WORTHLESS!!

This was my first cruise with NCL and I was seriously not impressed. Other than the heated pools, they had nothing on RC. The management needs to get their act together and reduce the chaos. Bring back the entertainment staff, because the ones used were not good, and don't offer drinks on a premium plus package that you don't actually offer. I feel like I way overpaid for drinks that we wanted to get and couldn't. A cruise should also never run out of pina colada mix, which was absolutely ridiculous.

I would definitely recommend this ship and itinerary for couples looking for a weekend getaway. There were some kids on this ship but it didn't really seem like there was a lot of appropriate activities for kids. Make sure you leave time in your schedule for the live shows, you will most likely be impressed and entertained.

Mixed. The travel arrangements planned by America Airline were inexcusably bad.

Most probably this is the last time I will cruise with Norwegian...and I am not the only one. Guesses on board were very disappointed. Dirty air louvers tell me the condition of the filter. Taking pictures? I did not want to waste my cellular charge when my mind is made up.

If the Pearl had been our first NCL cruise, we would not have taken another with them.

We will not go on an older ship that’s clear. Admittedly , Our expectations have changed. We also will be sure to thoroughly research ports of call, asking pertinent questions of travel agents, etc. again at this cruise, other than the fact that we were on a boat was extremely disappointing, and in our opinion, a waste of money.

would have enjoyed much more of we made it to Cozumel, did not dock and they said it was to windy to tender. Boat did not wait to see if the seas would calm.

It was a cruise of a lifetime for us. We still had a great time. But i think we will try another ship next time. Something newer.

Delightful experience. We love the NCL Pearl. There only 1300 cruisers which made this trip especially fun. No crowds!!!!

Shyan, Dika, Adolf and our concierge Hirshia were the best. I had a knee problem and Dika brought me ice twice a day. I didn't even ask. He's an excellent room steward.

Norwegian is a very good cruise line for just relaxing but the ports they cruise too need allot of work for people to be truly interested in disembarking. I have witnessed the last couple years, more and more people are not getting off the boats to visit these ports. I don't know why this is, because its because the time is limited, the ports have nothing to offer since its the same stuff, or because of the drink package and great food already offered by Norwegian. I do get off because I paid for it, but I don't stay long in any port.

We enjoyed the majority of the cruise, but activities were lacking. Most consisted of listening to music at the different venues. Excursions were not worth the money spent. Again, the friendliest staff help rescue this cruise to make it enjoyable
