A very enjoyable cruise with a few hiccups but on the whole would cruise with Norwegian again.

Very frustrating. It took approximating two hours to get on the ship after queuing for what seemed like a year along a very busy road with traffic and trams rushing by.

10102 was ideally situated on deck 10. Excellent cleanliness. The shower, washing facilities were just about manageable but the toilet was a bit of a squeeze.

Ship tip

Give yourself plenty of time for embarkation and have plenty of patience.

Deplorable. It took over two hours to get off the ship. Fortunately for us our flight was not until 7.30 in the evening. We had arranged to go to the hotel we stayed in before we went to the airport but this did not happen as we was so long getting off the ship. Another point of fact is that on other cruise lines you do not need to leave the ships until it is time to go to the airport. As we were flying back to the UK we had a late evening flight so a very great deal of hanging about. It would have been beneficial to have been able to stay on the ship later.

How late would you like the cruise line to let you stay on the ship waiting for your flight. 1pm,4pm,7pm. You complained embarkation took forever. If no one got off the ship till their flights how long would embarkation take. ?????
