Review summary

The quality of service, foods and entertainment was mediocre

the main buffet was crowded and noisy. I was really disappointed in the desserts. Most were pretty tasteless .

Quality of service was poor in several dining areas. We had to wait 40 minutes for a drink in summer palace. Tables were left uncleared in buffet area.

There were two outstanding servers we met. Both were in the Irish restaurant One person was charina and other a male who was in their for breakfast through supper
