Review summary

CRUISE ON NORWEIGAN PEARL:👥🐞🐔🐣🐋

Good points, fabulous food, friendly waitstaff, good room stewards, beautiful scenery and good warm weather., very talented performers in the live shows onboard.

Bad Points:  Too crowded, lines too long in the dining room..  Embarkation was like a line of cattle being herded.  Cabin window was blocked, cabin had twin beds, when tried to change, NCL said not their problem, tour booking said, not their problem.

Will double check next time, early on.

Ship tip

My husband was sick onboard for two days and thinks some of the highly seasoned dishes in the Garden Cafe contributed to it

Thank you for posting your review. It is unfortunate that there were some downsides but at 4 stars, it seems you had a very nice time overall.

Happy sails!

I can not believe that the steward couldn't put your beds together.  Did you reserve a queen bed when you booked?

I don't like to waste my time standing on long lines either.  I hope that your next cruise goes smoother.

Wait a second. You're blaming the chef's recipes for making your hubby sick for two days? You think there was some combination of spices and seasonings that did it to him? Most unlikely unless he suffers the same results from similar choices when you dine in restaurants, assuming you do. The probability is that he simply made some bad choices and combinations of dishes on top of whatever he was drinking. Here's a tip for you: if you want the beds configured as one big one, give your cabin steward instructions and a five-dollar inducement and watch what happens.
