Review summary

The cruise overall was good.  We would have rather had a specific time for a sit down meal every night rather than wait at a restaurant or feel like cattle at the buffet and then waiting to sit when no one is moving from their table any time soon.  Don't understand how people have been on this cruise for 2nd or 3rd time.  The entertainment was very good.  Would have rather seen more of the "real" Alaska rather that the ports of call where the native's live off the cruise ship's coming into town.

Room was more than adequate. Did not feel cramped at all. We had a larger family and was questioning whether to get adjoining rooms - so glad we didn't. Gave the girls our space and quietness and the boys had their mess and television at night. Our cabin steward was great.

Ship tip

There are activities on board for the children but they don't tell you until you get on board that they are an additional fee to utilize.

Did bus rise and then train ride up to the Yukon. Bus driver Kelly was Awesome. I would recommend the bus/train trip. Better way to see more. Caribou crossing was nice too. Awesome sled dogs there, even a new litter of puppies.
