My hub and I look for the good and there was a lot of really good things on the cruise. The food, cabin and entertainment were excellent, and Bermuda is beautiful. I was so clean. The time passed too quickly... I would recommend.

Overall, the ship was too big for our liking. Very noisy in common areas, internet should be included as well as complimentary water in rooms. Casino was very Smokey due to poor ventilation!

Staff great, embarkation fast. Too many rules to enter Bermuda. Two of the specialty restaurants not that great.

Only one negative: the Wifi was sketchy at best. We had the basic perk package, 150 minutes each, and almost every time we logged on, we had to sign-on again/connect to the ship wifi, which was annoying.

We had an amazing trip which included viewing the glorious fall colors on the east coast! The pace of the excursions was not hurried - just right and we enjoyed each one! We especially enjoyed the trip to the Alexander Bell Museum - we learned so much about this brilliant man of Baddeck! This excursion is must for everyone!

We took an excursion in each port. Some were as long as 7 hours. On this cruise, you have 6 port days in a row. For older people you might consider some of the shorter duration excursions.

Never again. The ship is very large and one has to be young to enjoy it. It should not be used for a cruise that is going to be for the over 50's. The average age on board, according to NCL was 64.

Nice quick getaway, Covid protocol dropped but still had to test for Bermuda regulations. Quickly processed and onto ship. Had no complaints from start to finish. Enjoyable trip , now have to wait 12 months until the next cruise.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. The crew was very professional and made our experience even better.

Great ship over all, buffet options are much better than dining in at the restaurant. Facilities on the ship is modern

A wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed seeing and listening to the diversity of fellow passengers.

This was my first time on NCL, and though I was not really impressed, everything overall was fine. If you can do without the technology, it will be better as there seem to be constant issues. Out first night on board we had REALLY rough seas, passengers and staff said they haven't experienced it that bad before. They put out "barf bags" on the stair railings for passengers, and we needed them! I think I personally would enjoy the voyage LESS if I did not stay in the Haven. Unfortunately, on most cruises, this is prohibitively expensive.

First and Last NCL - sorry it just wasn't that special. Weather not an Issue and the NewFoundland replacement stop was very nice.

Overall this was a very enjoyable cruise in spite of missing the first two scheduled ports in Canada due to damages caused by hurricane Fiona.

This wasn't my favorite cruise but most of that was weather related. It was cold, windy, and rainy, the remnants of a hurricane that we couldn't have predicted months in advance. We weren't able to go into 2 of our 6 ports, also hurricane related. The ship itself is fine. Food was wonderful(except coffee...NCL coffee tastes like dirt), entertainment only so-so, staff was mostly great.

NCL Guest Services staff called to discuss my feedback about poor embarkation experience. Hopefully future experience will be better. Look forward to another cruise soon!

We had many problems bc of getting the tail end of the hurricane. Had a great time despite the weather Very nice ports. For the ones we went to

We have just returned from the “hurricane Fiona affected” 10 day Canada cruise on Joy. Our first cruise on NCL since 2017, but we’ve done plenty of others in that time. We paid $1400 each for balcony, with drinks package, 2 specialty meals etc. Marvellous value. 👍. To be honest it was a total impulse buy when we saw the promotion. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it, great value and the staff were lovely. Our cabin steward was amazing and we filed him as the “special person” with NCL. We would happily rebook with NCL. We thought 2 things were not as good as most of our other cruises in recent years, food and theatre entertainment. (Not the musicians in bars etc). Our first meal was “medallions of beef” and sadly it was like leather. Not all, but a lot of the meat on the ship was tough, although a chicken Parmigiana was lovely. Even the tournedos in the specialty restaurant was far from the delight we had hoped for, although very edible. Likewise much of the fish was overcooked, even the Dover Sole in the ocean blue specialty fish restaurant, which was a shame. But hey, you never starve on a cruise ship!😊 We couldn’t get to see the main Elements theatre show, it was sold out by the time we got into our cabin on day 1. So that may have been brilliant. Footloose was ok and we enjoyed that. Beatles tribute was spoiled (for me) by the Paul Macartney guy, who needs to learn how to sing, not shout! Likewise the Elton John tribute was (again my opinion) dire. We’ve probably attended 100 theatre shows on other cruise lines since 2017, but felt that NCL were the weakest by far. But overall it was a great way to spend 10 days, and NCL did their best given that 2 Canada port stops were wiped out by Fiona. Happily rebook NCL for the next trip. 👍

It was supposed to be a big cruise ship, but it felt small. Feeling dull on the cruise.
