VERY POOR. NCL was not at all prepared for this. It took over 2 hours and 40 minutes. Worst I have ever seen at any port or cruiseline.

They took good care of us. Taste of India menu was well thought of. Dishes were good. Staff was cordial and provided good service. Roshan Hegde and Arlene gave us good attention in Manhattan Dining Room. Himesh and Chef were good at Garden cafe. Suggest there are more vegetarian dining options in Manhattan Room.

Onboard Activities

Pools were either shut off for repair or too cold.

Entertainment

Theater was always full and we did not visit it. There could have been more movies at the Atrium and in the rooms.

Service and Staff

Rowan was the most versatile Greeter cum entertainer at Garden Cafe and Manhattan Room. Arlene and Dominique were helpful and good.

Ship was clean and well maintained. There were not enough power plug points in the room.
