Review summary

We travel in August due to families school schedules, this was the worst with children misbehaving. Blocking staircases, lying on floors by the doorways. Security wasn't a lot of help, traveling with older people made it difficult when navigating from elevators to the entrance of anything. I did go to security and guest services, not sure why the parents didn't intervene in the observation lounge jumping on the couches and running around was not fun to watch or be bumped into when walking with a cup of coffee.

Unfortunately we had similar experiences on the Joy with kids. We too were in the not peaceful Haven with kids running around the lounge and Courtyard. Swimming in the adult only hot tubs. At one point there were more kids in the Haven hot tubs than there were in the kiddie pool. When we spoke to the crew, we were told there is nothing they could do. Yet, when we spoke to NCL Corporate we were told the crew is empowered to handle all such incidents. Not sure who outright lied to us, Corporate or the crew just not wanting confrontation If were not for having future cruise credit. We would not sail NCL again, and, have 2 additional cruises booked on other lines
