We were on the cruise just before you. Embarkation was relatively quick. The reason your cruise group waited so long was that the harbor master wouldn’t allow the ship to start the disembarking process on time. It was finally approved about 90 min late. Then there were repeated long pauses between groups disembarking because customs was getting overwhelmed. None of this was the ships fault but the long wait that you guys had must have been miserable. I agree that it would have been much better if staff had let you know what the problem was.
