Review summary

The Joy housed over 4,800 passengers. This is the 1st time we cruised on the Joy and the last! If a ship contracted Norovirus twice something is wrong here!! Passengers should receive at least $500 on board credits next cruise on other NCL ships!! It was uncomfortable for 7 days watching the crew constantly sanitizing everything! Washy washy was term to wash hands! But, I thank the NCL crew for doing an excellent job in preventing the spread of Norvirus! Thumbs up people!!

Embarkation

Not organized, they kept information from passengers that Norovirus was on board. There were no line for priority boarding, disorganized, not enough NCL representatives to ask questions DISORGANIZED DISORGANIZED!?

Not sure why you feel you should get money back just because people were sick. It doesn't sound like you were sick. Unfortunately, people bring this virus on the ship and it spreads, it's not the cruise lines fault. They also don't want people to panic so keep it quiet.
