We saw footloose and elements which were both good. We also saw the comedians which honestly were not that good and most of the room didn't laugh and alot of the jokes were actually offensive.

Most of the staff were pretty good but we had horrible experiences in most of the dinners we had with the wait staff.

Their site does state to notify them 30 days in advance of any special dietary needs you may have so I find it odd that they were unable to do this. If you didn't give them the 30 days notice I can see where there might have been issues as at that point the ship is already stocked and menus already created, food prepped. It's difficult to really speak more about this without knowing more details. Food allergy, medical dietary requirements vs food preferences.

Did you call ahead to make sure they could accommodate your food intolerances? We always make sure before we go anywhere.
