The drink staff at showtime were seriously understaffed in manpower. Order your drink somewhere else and walk it into the theatre to avoid waiting for a server. Also, go to the shows early for the best seats, it fills up fast!

Breakfast buffet at the Garden Cafe was same every morning. The fiesta/ice carving/ watermelon carvings display was not as impressive as I've seen before. Hot tub was not hot. 7 days was too long to be on this ship.

I loved the Garden Cafe'. We ate there during the day and had our dinner meals at Tsars. The food was excellant. The greeters at the Garden Cafe' were awesome.

The jewel was very clean and beautiful! For being its an open dinning experience, it provides you with several restaurants to choose by if you do not want the buffet.

We loved eating our breakfast on the Aft of the ship. There was food there however, if we wanted something else we just went to the Garden Cafe and returned. Also, I felt it was too cold in the Cafe where outside it was pleasant with a breeze and it was easy to talk to one another.

We ate our breakfast in Cucina every morning, it was not crowded and quiet, it was hard finding space in the Garden Cafe to accommodate all 11 of us.

Seating at the Tsar restaurant was always available and they were able to give us a window table almost every time so views were lovely during the meals.

We liked the music alentertainment throughout the ship. We heard fantastic sounds at the piano bar, the ship's band was great (great horn) and the outdoor 4-piece group that played even in cloudy weather was fun! There was music for everyone -- everyone danced, at least once!

Tsar's Palace offered the best service and the best views. If you can, wait about 30 minutes before disembarking at each port. You will avoid long lines that way.
