Review summary

All in all it was a great experience. I recommend if you can go to Alaska, you should!

Embarkation

The process was a bit unorganized compared to other cruise lines. They also changed our pier a few times. The hotel we booked months in advance that was across the street from the pier was now a cab ride away.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The buffet left a bit to be desired. There were a lot of ethnic dishes available but not much variety. The specialty restaurants were amazing!

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Nice fitness center and game room.

Service and Staff

staff were all very friendly.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was very clean. It was a little confusing to navigate. Speaking to others, I wasn't the only one who thought this.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
It was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the seal on the balcony door. The door whistled all night from the wind.

Ship tip

Take time to meet others. Enjoy the ride and read your freestyle daily every day!

Disembarkation

Awful. The shuttle bus to the airport took over 2 hours to pick us up. We stood cramped in line with others waiting to get the shuttle. I am positive this is where I caught Covid.
