Totally disappointed with the experience and have zero plans to cruise with Norwegian again. Excursion desk was rude and unapologetic of our excursion experiences. As a Latitudes Member and Norwegian Credit Card Holder, we are not happy.

Beer on tap ran out on day 3, many times a food on the menu was out for the day, seafood was scarce and fishy tasting.

Not enough to do and many nights the DJ did not show up to the late night parties so events were cancelled.

It was a normal and expected size. Disappointed that other cabins around us received the towel animals everyday but we never even got one.
Parts of the deck were supposedly only for private photos and we had to move from our spot we had been in for over 30mins waiting for the boat to rotate.
Maybe just me but I just don’t get why people care about towel animals so much! Plus when you think about the amount of additional washing it entails. If my room steward cleans the cabin that’s good enough for me.
Thanks for sharing. Sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise. We have been on four Norwegian cruises and while a couple of them were really good, one not at all. As far as towel animals, I don’t remember getting these much on Norwegian. however, our steward on Princess was peppering us with them every day, looked like a zoo by the end of the cruise haha. Happy cruising better luck next time.
We haven’t had a towel animal since 2018 on NCL and as room stewards now have jobs in other departments, hence no turndown on evening, they probably don’t have time.
We had awesome time on Jewel in January, interesting to see how things have declined🤔
Questionable review. How can a person go on a cruise, and just complain about everything. I cruised on the Jewel and had a great cruise with great food. I'm just curious to know why you believe a towel animal is a necessary part of cruising and also, how do you know others received animals, unless you are looking into cabins when the door is open, which is creepy. My guess is someone told you no on a perk of the loyalty program that were not entitled to, and it made you mad, since you pointed out your loyalty with NCL in the beginning.
