Disappointed, the promised buy one airfare, get on free did not happened. The cruise was only a fair experience.

Review summary

The most disappointing thing about this cruise was did not tell us that we had to contact Norwegian Cruise line before 100 days prior to receive the promised buy one, get on free air transportation to & from Panama & San Diego. Nor were were we able to purchase ride from the airport to the port and the port to the airport in San Diego.

We bought our cruise 2 years ago and they changed so many things, drink package, water, morning coffee delivery. It was very insulting. Guest service was rude. Not sure I’d go back.

Unfortunately, I saw quite a bit of the same on the cruise right before yours. Reduced service levels, elimination of some services without prior warning, having items posted on the website that they said didn't apply and they wouldn't honor, and not making a price adjustment for reasons that I still can't completely understand and they couldn't fully explain.
