Very disorganized. Poor instructions, poorly communicated. Inadequate flow for passengers arriving to pick up luggage and passengers leaving after collecting luggage.

Great itinerary
Average at best with significant disappointments
Disappointed, the promised buy one airfare, get on free did not happened. The cruise was only a fair experience.
