Review summary

This was our first ever cruise. Service was wonderful, but I felt everyone in sales was too pushy. Otherwise crew was great to us. I was most disappointed with the mid and late day meals. Meats were served too tough and cold.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Layout was very confusing...to get to some places you had to go to another level then go either up or down

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
Well appointed, good use of the space but the mattresses were old, hard and lumpy. My back hurt from the first night to the last

Ship tip

Stay clear of fancy, higher priced restaurants. The food was mediocre in every one of them.
