Review summary

I would like to thank Sandie from Cruise only first of all for making this a very painless trip and process. Everything about the trip was fantastic. Make sure you have a balcony in your room, that made the trip much more enjoyable. The crew on the Jewel were amazing. Food was great (did the specialty dinners). The excursions were excellent also (fishing and lunch at Ketchikan), Mendehall  Glacier and whale watching Skagway, Train ride in Juno. Make sure you have good binoculars, lots to see. Water proof camera if possible, it rains in Alaska.

Thanks for the review. Alaska is a beautiful place rain or shine.

If you have some shoes that are water proof or at least water resistant take them. What ship are you sailing on?

Love your remark "it rains in Alaska" - we leave in 2 days and rain is in the forecast everyday!  We have a balcony and binoculars, hope we have as good of luck as you did with the whales.
