7 Night Alaska Sawyer Glacier (Seattle Roundtrip)
Sail Date: August 15, 2015
Ship: Norwegian Jewel
Cabin Type: Balcony
Cabin Number: 9144
Traveled As: Couple

Alaska was beautiful. The ship itself was lovely. My review of the customer service however, is a big 0. Excursion blushes late and not working properly, no refund for the rush through the gardens because of late buses. Then no explanation of fund holds so they'll charge your card without telling you about it.

Beautiful cabin, mostly clean but had gummy residue on the balcony table from a previous guest. Took 3 days to get them to clean it off.

Ship Tip

Include coffee mate vanilla creamer to the bowl in the cabin.
