Review summary
What I liked:
Crew was generally very nice, loved the guy from Indonesia with the germicide spray bottle singing washy-washy, happy-happy.
Inside cabin was as expected.
Huge windows in Tsar's Palace were fantastic.
Ship was generally clean
Other passengers were multi-ethnic, wide spread of ages.
What I disliked:
Food was fair at best (we did not go to the specialty restaurants). Eating became a routine exercise, not part of the adventure of a cruise.
Lack of seating at the buffet.
Constant sales pitches. We were not guests, we were sales prospects. Buy this! Buy that!
Paid $69 to play bingo -- three whole games!
Constant PA announcements in the casino.
! ! ! There were no passenger accessible power outlets outside of the cabins.! ! !
Only three ports of call.
Room steward took up our storage space to store extra linens and comforters.
The cruise itself was lovely, the crew was nice, the constant sales barrage was grating (even the main salon has sales tables constantly set up) the food was multiethnic, but had a terrible sameness.
While we would not turn down a cruise on Norwegian, we preferred our experience on Princess, where we felt the dining was significantly better, and we had many more opportunities to find quiet places and make more acquaintances with crew members.

Ship tip
Don't bother bringing a laptop unless you plan to use it in your room. WiFi is very expensive.
