Review summary
Lots of frustrations: breakfast room service was never delivered after trying on two separate mornings, no information was given about disembarking, steward was unfriendly, waitstaff overall seemed unhappy and overworked, food was not good, desserts were awful, library smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall though, there were good parts too, but the bad stuff really frustrated us.
