Good weather and smooth sailing. A good time was had by all.

We enjoyed our cruise and the crew of this ship. It’s an older, smaller ship so not quite as functional as the newer ships. I think our future cruises will be on newer ships.

Weather was perfect so that helped make it a great experience. Met a bunch of very nice people. Much older group of passengers than previously experienced. Moving around the ship could be slow as a result. Ship was full which made it necessary to get up early to grab deck space especially on sea days. Stop in St Croix was cancelled which was unfortunate-no explanation given but it was done weeks in advance-no refunds either.

Food was awful and cruise was the worst I have taken (13 cruises)

This was a fun getaway. Due to Covid and my open heart surgery last year, my girlfriend and I haven't been able to book a vacation of this length since we retired. It was a perfect demographic for us, mid-60's-ish, due to the ship's size, lack of bells and whistles like race cars and water slides, the length of the trip and the numerous ports. We would easily do this again.

Not happy with this cruise line. Ship was clean. Service was poor

We have not sailed with NCL for a few years and this was a very disappointing experience

First time on the Norwegian Jade, which is one of it's older and smaller ships. I enjoyed the ship and the itinerary. The crew were fantastic and the cruise was very relaxing and enjoyable. I met some wonderful people both passenger and crew members,

Was given the opportunity to bid on upgraded cabin. Although I entered a strong bid I was not awarded an upgrade. This was disappointing but our room was still fine

Had a wonderful time. Very relaxing & met lots of nice people. The only negative is the chair hogs near the pool, if you’re not staying please remove your items!!!

My wife and I went on a Royal cruise at the same time a year ago. The food was fabulous, there were lots of activities and entertainment, the service was great etc.

We had a wonderful time. The food, entertainment, and ship cleanliness were outstanding. A room for three women - two twins with a child’s bed stuffed in between was not ideal.

Managed expectations went a long way to having a great cruise. I met wonderful people onboard and enjoyed delicious meals even if mass prep was evident. I didn't bother with internet this time, I just downloaded enough to my Kindle to get through 5 days on reading and movies. I didn't get the drink package but spent about the same as what the drink package gratuity would have run me with the flexibility of ordering what I wanted since the cheapest package wouldn't have included Starbucks or water so it worked out for me especially since I'm not a heavy drinker and NCL's propensity to shortcut cocktails by premixing ingredients leaves little room for drink customization with them employeeing drink servers over actual bartenders that have the flexibility to curate specialty cocktails.

I would not recommend the Jade for more reasons than I had listed. Our previous cruise on the Bliss was fantastic with amazing staff. Hard to believe there is such a difference. The ports were wonderful.

Nice get-a-way in winter months. Norwegian does a good job when it comes to service, the food was pretty good, entertainment was fair to good (based on other NCL cruises), ship was nicely updated. Only four hot tubs on deck, always full of kids and old folks. They did not stop at their own island in Bahamas and only compensated passenger's $40 for that. Expect higher mandatory tips then on other lines at $20/day per person or more for better cabins. Cruise director is not a native English speaker. Overall a good experience.

OkayDo not cruise on this ship. Food was cold. Same good for 14 days. Employees not friendly and some down right rude. Spa prices were out of control. 600 dollars for a couples massage. Drinks awful. Very watered down. Entertainment lame. Nickel and dime you to dead. Internet sucked

Lack of good entertainment. Weather was poor first week. No fault of cruise line.

Happy with sailing from Tampa and intinary but everything else was subpar. Wouldn’t allow door decorating, did not include bottled water in Ultimate Beverage package, excessive gratuities ($20 a day per person) instead of $16 a day. Food was too salty and below average even. Entertainment was disappointing. Overall a waste of money. This was expressed by many others including long time Norwegian cruisers. We felt we were nickel and dimed to death! Will NEVER do Norwegian again and recommend others do the same!

This whole cruise was the best I've been in, even if it is my first time. I love the buffet, arcade, restaurants, Stardust Theater, the cabin, etc. Although the pool is salty and deep, it's fun though. I want to come back to this ship soon. The beach at Harvest Caye, and Roatan are fun! It's a bummer that the whole week has to end so fast. But at least I had fun. Do I recommend it? YES! So if you want to go, then do it. Trust me, it's good and you'll love it.
